Refund policy

At www.shapeconcept.co, we want you to feel confident buying from us, which is why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached, for a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions: items must be unworn, with all tags still attached, and shipped back in their original packaging; items must be free of scents and marks (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on garments); and for hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying on garments that contain a crotch, as any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for a return and will be shipped back to you. Although not mandatory, we recommend returning items with tracking, as we must confirm receipt before an exchange or refund can be processed.

How to start a return: email us at shapeconceptfba@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a packing slip to include in your package. You then ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice, with your own shipping label. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, or ship your exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item to process your refund or exchange.
